Will a BossCaddi work with my chair?

BossCaddi will work on most styling chairs.

Please note if your hydraulic base cap has a diameter greater than 4.5 inches, the BossCaddi will not be compatible (i.e. Barber chairs or massage beds).

If you're unsure please measure your piston diameter.

How much weight can the BossCaddi hold?

The BossCaddi will safely hold up to 10 pounds.

Can I apply a bulk discount?

Yes, an automatic discount is applied when you purchase 2 or more.

Discount tiers are as follows:

  • 5% for 2-3 units
  • 8%for 4-7
  • 12% for 8-11
  • 15% for 12+
Can I install 2 BossCaddi Trays on 1 chair?

Yes, you can install 2 on 1 chair.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

All orders within stock items take up to 3 business days to process and generally take 1-7 business days for delivery. We offer free standard ground shipping throughout North America.

Please note, processing times are in addition to the transit time estimates. While it’s likely your order will arrive within the estimated timeframe, it’s not a guarantee.

How do I find my order number?

You should have an order confirmation email with your order number in your inbox. If you’re having trouble finding it, search for BossCaddi. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it ended up there. If you still can’t find it, let us know and we’ll help you out! When you reach out please be sure to include which country you’re shipping to so we can help find your order more efficiently.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes! We provide Worldwide shipping and free shipping across North America.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 when you purchase $150

We offer free shipping for orders over $200

Global shipping varies and is calculated through the checkout process before payment

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If there is a problem with you order please email support@bosscaddi.com within the 30 day period for an exchange

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free exchanges or returns up to 30 days after your item has been shipped to you.

While original packaging is preferred, any box that can safely be shipped will do. You are required to ship an item back before receiving a refund or exchange (when applicable).

How do I start a return or exchange?

Step 1.Navigate to our Warranty & Returns page

Step 2. Email support@bosscaddi.com your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will get back to you within 2-4 business days with nexts steps.

Step 3.Follow the series of prompts to guide you through either an exchange or a return, depending on your preference.

I’m having trouble initiating a return. Can you help?

First things first, let’s make sure you’re entering your order number correctly. If you search for BossCaddi in your email search bar you should be able to locate an email with your number.

If you're not able to find your order number, please email us your full name, phone number, shipping address, and any other email addresses you may have used, and we’ll look into it for you.Please note that we can only process returns or exchanges on purchases made directly from our site. Usually when we're not able to locate a return it means the information provided is incorrect or our product was purchased from a retail partner (which we are not able to assist with).

What does the warranty cover?

BossCaddi warranty covers Bolts, Tray Pins and Brackets 12 months from the purchase date.
